RVC has a “NO-REFUND” policy with regards to all registration fees. It is important that there is a mutual understanding between parents and RVC regarding the no refund policy. RVC prepays for insurance, factors in cost of coaches pay, athlete gear, and other required administrative items. We prepay and budget for these items prior to all club programming starting and can't recoup them in the event your athlete doesn't participate. Additionally, RVC has no control over unexpected events (listed below) that will cause a full or partial season to be cancelled. Therefore, it is for these reasons RVC has a NO REFUND policy. Examples of Non-refundable events: • Unhappy with team assignment or athlete has change of heart resulting in dropping from registration • Scheduling conflicts Exceptions to this policy: • If an athlete is medically unable to participate, which then requires a note from a doctor, on letterhead indicating that the participant cannot participate. • Participant/Family experiences unforeseen and/or extenuating circumstances Requests for a refund/site credit are required 72hrs. prior to the start of the program registration start date, requests must be submitted via email. Refunds/site credits that are awarded will be issued by way of: • Site Credit – A site credit will be issued to participants account and is available to be used towards future program registrations. Site credits are the only form of refund issued. To request a refund/site credit, emails must be submitted to info@relentlessvbc.com with a detailed explanation for the request. After the request has been received and reviewed you will be notified as to the status of your request within 48 hrs.
